---------A brief History of Pete Crane:

Pete Crane has been playing electric guitar since before the age of 6, being taught by his father, and making music with computers since 1997.

Peter's music was first heard in the gothic-black metal band Widdershin, in which he wrote all the music for, played guitar in and produced. Widdershin released a self-titled demo.

Around the same time, Peter collaborated with Dead Inside The Chrysalis to prodoce an album called '9-volt Revolt' under the name Robotsmasher.

After Widdershin broke up, Peter collaborated with opera singer/musician Angela Grima in a project called The Lady Of The House Of Scandal to release an album called 'The White Ship'. ( TLOTHOS Official homepage )

In July 2007 Peter left Australia and moved to London, and currently lives in The Netherlands as of September 2008.

Peter currently has 2 active projects simultaneous to The Crystalline Effect:
Shiv-r (dark, hard industrial), and;
Plague Sequence (psytrance, signed to Sector 9 Studios).

Peter also does all the remixes for The Crystalline Effect and has DJed extensively at Australian goth/EBM clubs (including Vortex, Cabaret Nocturne (former weekly residency), Dark Events, Carmilla's, Die Maschine, Batcave, Cyberdelia, Horror, Berserk and Bloodlust, among others).
